The Rental Process
Step 1
Select Your Day
Pick a date that works for your event and fill out a rental request.
Step 2
Decide on Flavors
Choose which ice cream mix flavors to add to your rental — Vanilla, Chocolate, and Dole Whip varieties available.
Step 3
Confirm & Submit Deposit
We'll reach out to confirm availability and collect a $25 deposit to hold your date.
Step 4
Pick Up the Machine
Swing by our Farmington location anytime after 11am. We'll help you load up — bring an SUV or truck and a second adult.
Step 5
Have a Party!
Plug in, pour in the mix, and start serving in about 10–15 minutes.
Step 6
Clean Up & Return
Run warm water through the machine (~10 min) and drop it back off by 9am the next morning. We handle the deep clean.

What areas do you serve?+
We primarily serve Davis County, Utah — including Farmington, Bountiful, Kaysville, Layton, Clearfield, Syracuse, and surrounding cities. Not sure if we cover your area? Reach out and we'll let you know.
How long is the rental period?+
Our standard rental is one full day. Need the machine for multiple days or a longer window? Reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What comes with the rental?+
Every rental includes a dolly for transport, a 10 ft extension cord, simple printed instructions, and text support throughout your event. The machine is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before you pick it up.
Is there a deposit?+
Yes — a $25 non-refundable deposit is due at booking to hold your date. This goes toward the total cost of your rental.
What electrical setup do I need?+
The machine uses a standard 120V outlet. Plug it into a dedicated outlet — avoid sharing power with high-draw appliances like crockpots or bounce houses. We provide a 10 ft extension cord; no other cords can be used. For outdoor events without power access, a generator works great (Home Depot rents one for about $50 for 4 hours).
How do I transport the machine?+
The machine weighs 200+ lbs and measures 20" wide, 30" tall, and 32" deep. It fits in the back of most SUVs, crossovers, trucks, and larger vehicles. We provide a dolly and recommend two adults for loading and unloading.
How do I clean the machine before returning it?+
Run warm water and a small amount of dish soap through the machine before dropping it off — this takes about 10 minutes and helps us sanitize it quickly for the next rental.
Are the mixes dairy-free?+
Yes! All of our mixes are powdered and can be made dairy-free — just use water instead of milk.
How much mix should I order?+
We recommend getting more than you think you'll need. The cones are delicious and people always come back for more! Use the serving estimates on the Rentals page as a starting point.
