A few important requirements to keep in mind: • The machine is heavy (210 lbs) and needs a sturdy surface to be placed on. Lifetime tables work as long as the machine sits over a leg and not the center joint. • The machine performs best when plugged directly into a 110v outlet. • We provide a 10ft extension cord. No other cords may be used. • A generator may be used for outdoor parties. Flavor mix: each of our premium ice cream flavors comes as a powdered mix, made with milk or water — when made with water, all flavors are dairy free.
